REDUÇÃO DAS TAXAS DE EVASÃO NO ENSINO SUPERIOR PELA MUDANÇA DO PARADIGMA EDUCACIONAL
As pesquisas a respeito dos motivos de evasão vêm nos mostrando que existem muitos fatores e variáveis envolvidas. Normalmente, as instituições de ensino que se preocupam com o tema elaboram programas para a sua diminuição, mas muitas dessas ações se tornam paliativas e têm pouca eficácia na diminuição das taxas de abandono. Assim, este artigo apresenta uma proposta que altera a estrutura de funcionamento dos cursos superiores, com uma mudança de paradigma no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, adaptando-se à dinâmica social, para atendimento de estudantes das novas gerações Z e Alpha que chegam ao ensino superior, objetivando com isso otimizar e dinamizar os cursos de graduação, aumentando a permanência e ampliação de seu escopo com uma maior inclusão e abrangência social. A estrutura proposta altera elementos fundamentais e já centenários do atual paradigma educacional: sala de aula, aula, disciplina, professor, matriz curricular e a própria remuneração do professor por aula ministrada. Além disso, o trabalho prevê a possibilidade de implantações institucionais, sem obrigatoriamente requerer a mudança da legislação educacional ou um movimento nacional que acarretaria uma morosidade que já não pode ser admitida no processo educacional, especialmente dos quadros que estão sendo requeridos pela sociedade do futuro que já começou.

Abstract:
Researches has shown us that there are many factors and variables into the reasons for dropout. Normally, educational institutions that are concerned with the subject develop programs to reduce it, but many of these actions become palliative and have little effectiveness in decreasing dropout rates. Thus, this article presents a proposal that alters the structure of the university education functioning, with a paradigm shift in the teaching-learning process, adapting to the social dynamics, to attend students of the new generations Z and Alpha who come to higher education, aiming to optimize and streamline graduate courses, increasing the permanence and expansion of its scope with greater inclusion and social coverage. The proposed structure alters fundamental and already centenary elements of the current educational paradigm: classroom, class, discipline, faculty member (professor), curriculum matrix and the teacher's own remuneration per teaches class. Moreover, the work foresees the possibility of institutional implantations, without necessarily requiring the change of the educational legislation or a national movement that would cause a slowness that can no longer be admitted in the educational process, especially of the cadres that are being demanded by the society of the future, that has begun.
