Redução da maioridade penal
Este artigo tem como objetivo demonstrar que a redução da maioridade penal não ira resolver a criminalidade envolvendo menores infratores, será apresentado todas as explicações necessárias sobre a imputabilidade penal e a inimputabilidade, como é realizada a classificação dos inimputáveis, como funciona o Estatuto da Criança e do adolescente (ECA), também, as medidas socioeducativas que o ECA aplica a esses menores infratores. Foram feitas análises de trabalhos correlatos, a fim de mostrar o posicionamento de outros autores a respeito do tema discutido, possíveis soluções para a redução da criminalidade que envolve os menores infratores, mostrando que a redução da maioridade penal não é a solução, enfatizando quais são os problemas os quais levam esses menores infratores a entrar na vida do crime. O trabalho se preocupou em mostrar a omissão do Estado em investir na educação e na criação de projetos, que podem ajudar muito na ressocialização desses menores.

Abstract:
This article aims to demonstrate that reducing the age of criminal responsibility will not solve crime involving minor offenders, all the necessary explanations will be presented on criminal imputability and non-imputability, how the classification of the non-imputable is carried out, how the Child Statute works and (ECA), as well as the socio-educational measures that the ECA applies to these juvenile offenders. Analyzes of related works were carried out, in order to show the position of other authors regarding the discussed topic, possible solutions for the reduction of crime involving minor offenders, showing that reducing the age of criminal responsibility is not the solution, emphasizing which are the problems which lead these juvenile offenders to enter the life of crime. The work was concerned with showing the State's failure to invest in education and in the creation of projects, which can help a lot in the resocialization of these minors.
