REDESIGN DE UMA SEQUÊNCIA DE ENSINO APRENDIZAGEM SOBRE AROMAS PARA O ENSINO DE QUÍMICA
Este trabalho é parte inicial de
uma dissertação de mestrado que estuda a
aplicação de sequências didáticas no ensino
de química.Tendo em vista as lacunas de
aprendizagem, as dificuldades inerentes dos
alunos, as metodologias pouco diversificadas
nas salas de aula, o conhecimento fragmentado
e desvinculado do cotidiano do aluno, esse
trabalho busca analisar o design e estrutura de
uma sequência de ensino-aprendizagem (SEA)
da perspectiva de Mehéut & Psillos (2004)
para elaborar uma nova estrutura, portanto,
um redesign. Dessa forma, o artigo possui
duas partes, a primeira é a discussão dos
referenciais teóricos e a segunda trata-se da
análise do design de uma SEA sobre funções
orgânicas da temática “Aromas e odores”
discutindo seus pontos positivos e negativos,
vantagens e desvantagens para justificar a
elaboração da nova sequência, chamado de
Redesign. O Redesign apresenta abordagens
com melhor interação entre as dimensões
epistêmica e pedagógica, além de incluir novas
funções orgânicas e de algumas atividades
educacionais.

Abstract:
This work is the initial part of a
dissertation of masters degree in Teaching
of Science and Mathematics Education, and
in view of the learning gaps, the inherent
difficulties of students, the little diversified
methodologies in classrooms, the fragmented
knowledge and detached from the everyday
life of the students, this study seeks to analyze
the design and structure of a teaching-learning
sequence (TLS) from the perspective of Mehéut
& Psillos (2004) to elaborate a new structure,
therefore, a redesign. In this way, the article has
two parts, the first is the discussion of theoretical
references and the second is the analysis of
the design of a SEA on organic functions of
the theme "smells and odors" discussing their
positives and negatives points, advantages
and disadvantages to justify the elaboration of
new sequence, called Redesign. The redesign
introduces approaches with better interaction
between the epistemic and pedagogical dimensions, as well as adds new organic
functions and the withdrawal of another and some activities.
