REDES GLOBAIS E EDUCAÇÃO: A REDE LATINO AMERICANA DA SOCIEDADE CIVIL PARA A EDUCAÇÃO-REDUCA
Este artigo faz parte de uma pesquisa em andamento e visa compreender
o avanço nos processos de privatização do público, estratégia que vem sendo
utilizada por organizações empresarias em países latino-americanos. Para isso
apresentamos que esse deslocamento entre o público e o privado já encontrava no
referencial da Terceira Via um corpo teórico que respaldava essa estratégia.Com a
inserção das diretrizes do Banco Mundial através do documento Aprendizagem
2020, busca-se analisar esse processo através da constituição da REDUCA, cujo
movimento vem tomando força nos últimos anos a partir de um projeto que visa
naturalizar a privatização da educação pública nos países latinos bem como dar a
direção às políticas educacionais, redefinindo o papel do Estado para com a
educação.

Abstract:
This article is part of an ongoing research and aims to understand the
advancement in the processes of privatization of the public, a strategy that is being
used by business organizations in Latin American countries. For this we present that
this displacement between public and private already found in the frame of the Third
Way a theoretical body that supported this strategy. With the insertion of World Bank
guidelines through the document Learning 2020, this process seeks to analyze this
process through the constitution of REDUCA, whose movement has been gaining
strength in recent years from a project aimed at naturalizing the privatization of public
education in Latin countries As well as giving direction to educational policies,
redefining the role of the state in education.
