REDES, COLETIVOS E TECNOLOGIAS DE MONITORAMENTO: NOVAS DINÂMICAS DO COLETIVO E NOVAS FORMAS DE CONTROLE NA ERA DAS REDES
A proposta do trabalho é discutir o tema das redes, TICs e as tecnologias de monitoramento como campos de ação entre tecnologia e sociedade. As hipóteses que são tratadas discutem a possibilidade de construção de narrativas e ativação de modos de inserção e engendramento culturais, políticos e sociais por meio das TICs, sobretudo redes, disseminados por uma dinâmica de novos atores.

Abstract:
We address the theme of ICTs and Monitoring Technologies as Fields of Action between Technology and Society. We discuss the hypothesis of using ICTs to enable the constructing of narratives and integration modes, as well as cultural, political and social engendering. We focus on networks, disseminated trough a dynamics of new actors and new discourses. We tackle the risks and the dark sides of communication and freedom collectivized in networks, setting off capture and fear modes. Monitoring technologies activate at any time the struggle for spaces, expanding diverse shades of phobias and emotional states, although upset either as forms of freedom or surveillance. The counterpoint to this would be the possibility of finding new social leading roles and collective dynamics, through networks of deviation, resistance and breakdowns, which in turn bring other kinds of talk and social integration
