Abstract: The objective of this research is to review the resilience process, the factors that can help develop this capacity in organizations. Based on the socioeconomic context produced by COVID 19, studies carried out during the pandemic are analyzed, as well as previous research, to highlight the relevant elements for recovery. It is found that the development of a favorable environment for human resources, together with the use of Information and Communication Technologies for labor flexibility, can be used as the basis of a culture of sustainability. Transformational leadership functions as a mediator so that management strategies based on decentralization and empowerment serve decision-making and organizational agility.
