Abstract: This text reports on a pedagogical experience involving children between the ages of four and five in an early childhood education center, aiming to briefly explain the six-month pedagogical journey of two groups of young children in an early childhood education center, describing the organization of experiences that took into account the children's preferences and opinions and the interventions carried out by the teachers, in the same way that they contemplated various languages, among them oral and written language, which, in turn, leveraged the work with themes such as those related to ethnic-racial diversity. The methodological perspective employed was guided by the principles of Pedagogical Documentation, with Rinaldi (2012) and Ostetto (2017) as the predominant theoretical foundation.
