(RE)CONHECENDO O ÁGUA LIMPA: O RESGATE DA HISTÓRIA ATRAVÉS DA EDUCAÇÃO PATRIMONIAL
Lavras (MG), é uma cidade de médio porte, onde está localizado o bairro Água Limpa. Este, é objeto de estudo do projeto de pesquisa “(RE)conhecendo o Água Limpa: um estudo sobre a história e a memória do bairro”, onde foi pesquisada, estudada e analisada a relação de pertencimento da população do bairro com relação a ele, e foi constatado que a maior parte das pessoas não conhece a história do Água Limpa e não se sente pertencente ao bairro. A partir desta constatação foram feitas pesquisas com o intuito de compreender a constituição do bairro, suas memórias, sua história, seu patrimônio, e construir, assim, uma trajetória de formação do mesmo. Essas pesquisas deram origem a uma metodologia de educação patrimonial que tem o objetivo de fortalecer as relações de pertencimento entre a população do bairro Água Limpa com o local onde vivem, para que assim, a memória do bairro seja preservada e ele seja valorizado. Dessa forma, este trabalho pretende apresentar a metodologia de educação para o patrimônio que será aplicada no bairro Água Limpa.

Abstract:
Lavras (MG), is a medium-sized city, where is located the neighborhood Água Limpa. This is the object of study of the research project "Recognizing Água Limpa: a study on the history and memory of the neighborhood", where was researched, studied and analyzed the relation of belonging of the population of the neighborhood in relation to it, and it was found that most people do not know the history of Água Limpa and do not feel belonging to the neighborhood. Based on this finding, researches were made in order to understand the constitution of the neighborhood, your memories, your history, your patrimony, and likewise build a trajectory of your formation. These researches gave rise to a methodology of patrimonial education that aims to strengthen the relations of belonging among the population of Água Limpa neighborhood with the place where they live, so that the memory of the neighborhood is preserved and it is valued. Therefore, this work aims to present the methodology of education for the patrimony that will be applied in the neighborhood Água Limpa.
