RECONHECENDO AS MELHORES PRÁTICAS DA LIDERANÇA DISTRIBUÍDA EM EQUIPE DE GESTÃO ESCOLAR MADRID.
A Liderança Distribuída (DL) considera premissas de distribuição democrática, moral e justa. O objetivo é caracterizar o exercício das práticas de TA dos diretores de escolas públicas de Madrid. Trabalhamos a partir de uma compreensão holística da ciência. O tipo de pesquisa foi descritivo. O projeto era de campo, transversal e contemporâneo. A amostra foi composta por 71 escolas, 132 diretores: para estimar a correlação entre as diferentes sinergias e o total do teste, foi utilizado o coeficiente de correlação Rho de Spearman e os dados foram coletados por meio da Escala de Likert, cujo índice de validade foi 0 0,75 e confiabilidade do Alpha de Cronbach de 0,86. Da mesma forma, o estudo evidenciou a tendência dos gestores em interagir, com lideranças formais e informais, liderados e os diferentes atores pertencentes ao contexto escolar, para promover a distribuição social de influência no grupo; e delegou as funções de direção, orientação, tomada de decisões, tarefas e compromissos que orientam e dão sentido à organização.

Abstract:
Distributed Leadership (DL) considers democratic, moral and fair distribution assumptions. The objective is to characterize the exercise of LD practices of the directors of public schools in Madrid. It was worked from the holistic understanding of science. The type of research was descriptive. The design was field, transectional and contemporary. The sample consisted of 71 schools, 132 directors: To estimate the correlation between the different synergies and the total of the test, the Spearman's Rho Correlation coefficient was used and the data were collected using the Likert Scale, whose validity index was 0 .75 and a Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.86. Similarly, the study showed the tendency of managers to interact, with formal and informal leaders, followers and the different actors belonging to the school context, to promote the social distribution of influence in the group; and delegated the functions of direction, orientation, decision-making, tasks and commitments that guide and give meaning to the organization.
