REALIZANDO PESQUISAS COM BEBÊS E CRIANÇAS PEQUENAS: CENAS DO PROTAGONISMO INFANTIL
O presente estudo busca explicitar
a participação social dos bebês e crianças
pequenas no delinear de uma investigação em
creche. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa
de cunho exploratório e descritivo, financiada
pelo CNPq e configurada num estudo de caso.
Para produção de dados foram utilizadas
videogravações, registros em diário de campo
e descrições de episódios interativos entre
crianças e pesquisadora a partir da análise
microgenética. Os participantes da pesquisa são
14 crianças, integrantes do agrupamento etário
denominado Berçário I de uma escola municipal
de educação infantil localizada em Aracaju/SE.
As bases teóricas que sustentam a produção de
dados estão ancoradas nas áreas da Sociologia
da Infância e da Psicologia da Criança;
assim como em estudos sobre a participação
social dos bebês e crianças pequenas no
movimento da pesquisa, apontando que eles
são potencialmente sociocomunicativos desde
a mais tenra idade. Evidencia-se que bebês e
crianças pequenas estão atentos ao movimento
de pesquisa e são capazes de estabelecer
relações sociais com a pesquisadora através
de recursos sociocomunicativos anteriores a
fala articulada. Os resultados confirmam outros
estudos que revelam a potência interativa dos
bebês e crianças pequenas e a participação
ativa destes em situações que lhes interessam.

Abstract:
The present study aims to clarify
the social participation of babies and small
children in the outline of a daycare investigation.
It is a qualitative research with a descriptive and
exploratory nature, financed by the CNPq and
configured into a case study. For the production
of data, video recordings were used, along
with field journal records and descriptions of
interactive episodes between children and the
researcher from the microgenetic analysis. The
research participants are 14 children, members
of the age grouping called Berçário I, from a
municipal school of child education located in
Aracaju/SE. The theoretical basis that supports
the data production are anchored within the areas
of the Sociology of Childhood and Childhood
Psychology; as well as in studies about the
social participation of babies and small children
in the movement of the research, indicating that
they are potentially socio-communicative since
the earliest age. It is shown that babies and small children are attentive to the research
movement and are capable of establishing social connections with the researcher
through socio-communicative resources prior to articulated speech. The results confirm
other studies that reveal the interactive power of babies and small children and their
active participation in situations which interest them.
