REALIDADES FRONTEIRIÇAS: REFLEXOS NA PRODUÇÃO TERRITORIAL-URBANA EM OIAPOQUE – AMAPÁ
Este capítulo se empenha em uma na proposição teórico-prática sobre o território-rede em um contexto fronteiriço na região Norte do Brasil. A discussão tem como principal recorte empírico as dinâmicas territoriais-reticulares de Oiapoque, município localizado no estado do Amapá na fronteira com a Guiana Francesa. Destaca-se neste ensaio a centralidade da fronteira internacional nas relações sócio-espaciais que são estabelecidas territorialmente na produção do espaço urbano de Oiapoque. A discussão pauta-se nos conceitos de fronteira, território e rede, nossa base teórica para este trabalho. Além dos levantamentos teórico-conceituais este estudo se pautou em uma abordagem qualitativa. Registramos a importância das observações e experiências in loco, que permitiram os registros fotográficos, além de diálogos com diferentes atores e sujeitos da fronteira franco-brasileira. Os (novos) arranjos territoriais estabelecidos nesta área, como a abertura parcial da Ponte Binacional, tendem a redimensionar os diferentes fluxos sob a lógica reticular, estabelecendo novas formas de produção do espaço, pois possibilitam articulações dos territórios-rede que reorganizam a dinâmica regional e reconfiguram a atuação de diferentes atores que atuam na conexidade desta fronteira, em diferentes níveis, desde o Estado até os pirateiros, catraeiros e naveteiros. Ponderamos, contudo, que a compreensão territorial reticular da fronteira, revelam o potencial do território para o descortinar fronteiriço.

Abstract:
This chapter is engaged in a theoretical-practical proposition about network territory in a border context in the North of Brazil. The main empirical discussion of the discussion is the territorial-reticular dynamics of Oiapoque, a municipality located in the state of Amapá on the border with French Guiana. In this essay, the centrality of the international frontier in the socio-spatial relations that are territorially established in the production of the urban space of Oiapoque stands out. The discussion is based on the concepts of frontier, territory and network, our theoretical basis for this work. In addition to the theoretical-conceptual surveys, this study was based on a qualitative approach. We note the importance of on-site observations and experiences, which allowed photographic records, in addition to dialogues with different actors and subjects from the Franco-Brazilian frontier. The (new) territorial arrangements established in this area, such as the partial opening of the Binational Bridge, tend to resize the different flows under the reticular logic, establishing new forms of space production, as they enable articulations of the network territories that reorganize the regional and regional dynamics. they reconfigure the performance of different actors who work in the connection of this border, at different levels, from the State to pirates, riders and sailors. We consider, however, that the reticular territorial understanding of the border, reveal the potential of the territory to reveal the border.
