Abstract: Introduction: This study addresses institutional and structural racism experienced by black people in Primary Health Care services in Brazil. Objective: To identify the health problems experienced by black people, hindered by racism in Primary Health Care services in Brazil. Methodology: Scoping Review, recommended by the Joana Briggs Institute. The data search was carried out in the BVS, PubMed, Scielo, Scopus and Web of Science databases. Results: 136 studies were found, of which 7 were integrated into the body of the study. The corpus was structured into four categories: difficulty of access and organizational barriers, racism and its determinants in health, representation of black people in health services and strategies to combat racism in health. Conclusion: it is concluded that professionals need to promote an environment of welcoming and active listening in health services, and in the observance of not generating triggers of racism that are still widespread in these environments, in the search to mitigate racial disparities in care.
