Abstract: This article aims to analyze and demonstrate the vulnerability of black consumers, as an element of racism in consumer relations in Brazilian society, considering inequalities in social and economic dimensions. It aims to briefly present the concepts of race and racism, the bases of institutional and structured racism, to analyze the conditions in which consumerism materializes as hypervulnerability of the Brazilian black population, to the point of aggravating inequality and exclusion to a high degree. The work also addresses the structured racial issue, with hateful acts and speeches on social media, which is called digital racism. Despite the findings of racist acts and practices by suppliers, affirmative actions and public policies to combat it, it is possible for the State to perceive ignorance regarding the crime, with the implementation and application of measures.
