QUESTÕES EDUCACIONAIS: UMA REALIDADE EM ANGOLA E NO BRASIL.
O presente estudo consiste em apresentar os resultados de investigações que buscaram ampliar as possibilidades de um olhar sobre a diversidade e a realidade educacional em Angola e no Brasil pela comunidade escolar. A escolha do tema abordado se deu por meio de reflexões e percepções de pesquisadores em educação e ciência da informação, pois as questões educacionais englobam duas realidades distintas, presentes na realidade angolana e brasileira. A pesquisa foi realizada sob os pressupostos teóricos do referencial metodológico da pesquisa qualitativa com base na pesquisa bibliográfica. Inicialmente, fizemos um histórico das questões educacionais no Brasil, especificamente a supervisão docente, analisando a política e sua influência no contexto histórico. Superior de Angola suas questões políticas, olhando assim as experiências de “lugar”, reconstruindo a história das instituições educacionais em Angola, visando compreender um posicionamento de senso comum das experiências vividas pelos atores da história, com base em documentos oficiais. Por fim, concluímos que nos estudos sobre sexualidade e gênero, o referencial teórico é constituído pelas formulações de Freire (2015), Stoller (1993) e Pinto (2015) e considerando as preocupações de Freire (2015), sobre as questões do acolhimento diversidade na escola, surgiu o seguinte questionamento: como as escolas de educação infantil têm funcionado, por meio da literatura infantil e de seus espaços físicos, tão acolhidos, centralmente nas questões de gênero. É um estudo inédito porque articula pesquisas brasileiras e angolanas sobre questões educacionais.

Abstract:
The present study consists of presenting the results of investigations that sought to expand the possibilities of a look at the diversity and educational reality in Angola and Brazil by the school community. The choice of the topic addressed was based on reflections and perceptions of researchers in education and information science, as educational issues encompass two distinct realities, present in the Angolan and Brazilian reality. The research was carried out under the theoretical assumptions of the methodological framework of qualitative research based on bibliographic research. Initially, we made a history of educational issues in Brazil, specifically teacher supervision, analyzing the policy and its influence in the historical context. Superior of Angola its political issues, thus looking at the experiences of "place", reconstructing the history of educational institutions in Angola, aiming to understand a common sense positioning of the experiences lived by the actors of history, based on official documents. Finally, we conclude that in studies on sexuality and gender, the theoretical framework is constituted by the formulations of Freire (2015), Stoller (1993) and Pinto (2015) and considering the concerns of Freire (2015), on the issues of welcoming diversity at school, the following question arose: how early childhood education schools have worked, through children's literature and their physical spaces, so welcomed, centrally on gender issues. It is an unprecedented study because it articulates Brazilian and Angolan research on educational issues.
