QUESTÕES DE GÊNERO E SEXUALIDADES NO INTERIOR BAIANO: A PRÁTICA DO FUTEBOL FEMININO NA CIDADE DE GUANAMBI-BA
A história de luta das mulheres por espaço dentro da sociedade pode ser observada ao longo de muitos anos. As desigualdades, sejam de poder ou de direitos, são inúmeras, isso se justifica devido as questões de gênero existentes nas relações sociais. Assim, investigar a influência do gênero no esporte pode trazer contribuições significativas para uma maior valorização e reconhecimento dos espaços que podem ser ocupados pelas mulheres. Diante disso, esta proposta tem por objetivo analisar como a prática do futebol feminino na cidade de Guanambi-Ba incita os debates acerca do gênero e das sexualidades, bem como investigar os fatores que as levaram a este meio, os questionamentos sobre a existência de preconceitos relacionados ao futebol feminino na cidade, e os lugares destinados a mulher na sociedade local. Baseia-se na metodologia da história oral que permite aos pesquisadores enriquecerem suas experiências diante as entrevistas realizadas, pois cada indivíduo apresenta algo novo diante do objeto pesquisado. Por se tratar de um estudo com seres humanos, a pesquisa teve parecer favorável pelo comitê de ética e pesquisa da UESB. Os dados encontrados reforçam a luta de mulheres por reconhecimento e valorização dentro de um espaço culturalmente dedicado ao público masculino. Estas, venceram os empecilhos movidas pelo grande amor a prática do futebol em meio a uma sociedade marcada por traços machistas. A conclusão para esta breve reflexão é a importância de debater questões referentes a trajetória histórica e de vida das mulheres, seja no âmbito esportivo ou qualquer outro que reafirme aspectos igualitários nas discussões de gêneros, bem como na sua prática diária.

Abstract:
The history of women's struggle for space within society can be observed over many years. Inequalities, whether in power or rights, are numerous, this is justified due to the gender issues existing in social relations. Thus, investigating the influence of gender in sport can bring significant contributions to a greater appreciation and recognition of the spaces that can be occupied by women. Therefore, this proposal aims to analyze how the practice of women's football in the city of Guanambi-Ba incites debates about gender and sexualities, as well as investigating the factors that led them to this environment, questions about the existence of prejudices related to women's football in the city, and places for women in the local society. It is based on the methodology of oral history that allows researchers to enrich their experiences in the face of the interviews carried out, as each individual presents something new before the researched object. As it is a study with human beings, the research had a favorable opinion by the ethics and research committee of UESB. The data found reinforce the struggle of women for recognition and appreciation within a space culturally dedicated to the male audience. These, overcame the obstacles moved by the great love of the practice of football in the midst of a society marked by sexist traits. The conclusion for this brief reflection is the importance of debating issues related to the historical and life trajectory of women, whether in sports or any other that reaffirms egalitarian aspects in gender discussions, as well as in their daily practice.
