QUEM REPRESENTA OS ESTUDANTES? DEMOCRACIA E UNIDADE NO MOVIMENTO ESTUDANTIL NO CONTEXTO DE UMA UNIVERSIDADE PÚBLICA
Buscamos neste trabalho refletir sobre os rumos do movimento estudantil no ensino superior em diálogo com narrativas de jovens militantes representantes de coletivos estudantis específicos. Ao longo desta proposta, buscamos compreender o olhar desses estudantes sobre a conjuntura política atual, dentro e fora da universidade, e os desafios colocados para o movimento estudantil universitário. A interpretação das duas entrevistas em profundidade realizadas com a lideranças estudantis apoiou-se no desenvolvimento teórico, primeiramente, com a preocupação em descrever um cenário marcado pela crise da representatividade política, e demonstrar que a complexidade desta crise indica que o capitalismo vive uma agrura não apenas no plano econômico, como também ideológico. Vivenciando esse cenário, os participantes também observaram falta de perspectivas do movimento estudantil, que pode ser compreendida como entre o desmonte da ação pública e a perda de referenciais universais classistas, que resiste no movimento, mas perde espaço para os movimentos identitários, de caráter autonomista e descolados da tradição de organização sindical e partidária. Nesse sentido, os coletivos aparecem como saída, mas são compreendidos como ferramentas externas ao movimento estudantil e relativamente autônomas à luta de classes, ainda que os discursos indiquem menções tímidas ao papel das entidades representativas (como centros acadêmicos) na resolução dos problemas da conjuntura. Assim, o foco do trabalho se deu por meio da análise sobre os movimentos da consciência política dos participantes em torno do movimento estudantil e da realidade política mais ampla, em que realizaram uma leitura consistente da crise da universidade pública em tempos de neoliberalismo, mas perplexos ao indicar caminhos de superação do quadro atual.

Abstract:
We seek in this work to reflect on the direction of the student movement in higher education in dialogue with narratives of young activists representing specific student groups. Throughout this proposal, we seek to understand the views of these students on the current political situation, inside and outside the university, and the challenges posed to the university student movement. The interpretation of the two in-depth interviews carried out with students leadership was based on theoretical development, primarily with the concern to describe a scenario marked by the crisis of political representativeness, and to demonstrate that the complexity of this crisis indicates that capitalism is experiencing hardship not only on the economic plane , but also ideological. Experiencing this scenario, the participants also observed a lack of perspectives from the student movement, which can be understood as between the dismantling of public action and the loss of universal class references, which resists in the movement, but loses space for identity movements, of an autonomist character and detached from the tradition of union and party organization. In this sense, collectives appear as a way out, but are understood as tools external to the student movement and relatively autonomous to the class struggle, even though the speeches indicate timid mention of the role of representative entities (such as academic centers) in solving the problems of the conjuncture. Thus, the focus of the work was through the analysis of the movements of the political consciousness of the participants around the student movement and the broader political reality, in which they made a consistent reading of the crisis of the public university in times of neoliberalism, but perplexed when indicating ways to overcome the current situation.
