Abstract: Through discussion and bibliographical convergence, we sought to present a synthesis of certain factors and different constructions that contributed to the formation of the Devil portrayed at the end of the 14th and 15th centuries, described as the one who corrupts humanity through perverse actions, influencing it through his legion of demons. The construction of this diabolical imagery is still very solid today, raising questions about its conception and origins. The end of the Middle Ages as a whole, was crucial for the transformation of the figure of the Devil, especially in relation to his influence on society. Therefore, in this text, we will look at some narratives regarding the construction of Christian evil.
