QUEBRANDO IDEOLOGIAS SEGREGACIONISTAS: A INCLUSÃO DE PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA NAS EMPRESAS
O presente trabalho busca contribuir para uma reflexão e melhor entendimento sobre a forma que tem se fomentado a inclusão das pessoas com deficiência nas empresas. Partindo da Legislação Brasileira, em especial a Lei N° 8213 de Julho de 1991, vista como o começo deste processo inclusivo, determina que as organizações preencham a cota estabelecida de pessoas com deficiência, previsto no artigo 93 da referida lei. Além de elencar o papel do pedagogo empresarial junto as empresas em relação a estas premissas, levando em consideração para o debate as ideologias segregadas e resistências criadas que permeiam esse processo. Cabe ressaltar que tanto empresas quanto organizações possuem o mesmo conceito diante ao texto.

Abstract:
The present work seeks to contribute to a reflection and better understanding about the inclusion of people with disabilities who are active in companies. Starting from the Brazilian Law, especially Law No. 8213 of July 1991, considered as the beginning of this inclusive process, requires that organizations meet the established quota of persons with disabilities, provided for in article 93 of said law. In addition to highlighting the role of the business pedagogy with the companies in relation to these premises, taking into account for the debate the segregated ideologies and created resistances that permeate this process. It should be noted that both companies and organizations have the same concept against the text.
