QUALIFICANDO MÃES PARA ATENÇÃO AO RECÉM-NASCIDO: OLHAR MATERNO NO MÉTODO CANGURU
Objetivo: conhecer a percepção materna da equipe de Enfermagem na orientação dos cuidados ao RN no método canguru. Método: estudo descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, realizada no Hospital Fundação Santa Casa de Misericórdia do Pará (FSCMPA), tendo como participantes 16 mães de neonatos internados na enfermaria mãe canguru na 2º etapa do método. O projeto foi aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética e Pesquisa do CESUPA e da FSCMPA e obedeceu a Resolução 466/12 da CONEP. Resultados: a partir dos relatos identificou-se alguns eixos temáticos e categorias para melhor explanação. Considerações Finais: o estudo realizado demonstrou que após as orientações prestadas pela equipe de enfermagem, as mães se sentem acolhidas e ficam mais seguras para realizar os cuidados dos seus bebês. A enfermagem, junto à equipe multidisciplinar, tem desempenhado papel fundamental na implementação do MMC e no fortalecimento do vínculo afetivo entre o bebê, a mãe e sua família.

Abstract:
Objective: to know the maternal perception of the nursing team in the orientation of newborn care in the kangaroo method. Method: a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, performed at the Santa Casa Foundation Hospital of Misericordia do Pará (FSCMPA), with participants of 16 mothers of newborns admitted to the ward kangaroo mother in the second stage of the method. The project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of CESUPA and FSCMPA and complied with CONEP Resolution 466/12. Results: from the reports some thematic axes and categories were identified for better explanation. Final Considerations: The study showed that after the guidance provided by the nursing staff, mothers feel welcomed and are safer to take care of their babies. Nursing, along with the multidisciplinary team, has played a fundamental role in the implementation of MMC and in strengthening the affective bond between the baby, the mother and their family.
