QUALIDADE DE FORMAÇÃO DO TORRÃO DE MUDAS DE RÚCULA EM FUNÇÃO DOS SUBSTRATOS ORGÂNICOS PROVENIENTE DA COMPOSTAGEM DE GLICERINA BRUTA ASSOCIADA À RESÍDUOS ORGÂNICOS DE PRODUÇÃO DE SUÍNOS
No cultivo de mudas de hortaliças
o sucesso na produção do substrato é
imprescindível, com características físicas
e químicas adequadas para produção das
mudas. O uso da glicerina bruta associado
a resíduos orgânicos da produção de suínos
pela compostagem pode ser uma alternativa
na produção de substrato orgânico. O
objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar a qualidade de
formação do torrão de mudas de rúcula em
função de substratos produzidos de diferentes
concentrações de glicerina bruta (0,0; 1,5; 3,0;
4,5 e 6,0%) associada à resíduos orgânicos da
produção de suínos. As variáveis analisadas
foram a qualidade do torrão, de acordo com a
facilidade de retirada da bandeja e o torrão em
queda livre, com atribuição de nota (0 a 10).
Os resultados foram submetidos à análise de
variância e aplicado teste de Tukey ao nível de
5% de significância. Para facilidade de retirada
do torrão da bandeja não houve diferença
estatística significativa. As notas atribuídas aos
T0,0; T1,5; T3,0; T4,5 e T6,0 foram de 8,25;
8,45; 8,45; 7,70 e 6,35, respectivamente. Da
mesma forma, para avaliação da queda livre do
torrão das mudas de rúcula não houve diferença
estatística. As notas atribuídas aos T0,0; T1,5;
T3,0; T4,5 e T6,0 foram de 7,10; 7,40; 7,60;
6,95 e 5,45, respectivamente.

Abstract:
In the cultivation of vegetable
seedlings the success in the production of the
substrate is essential, with adequate physical and chemical characteristics to produce
the seedlings. The use of crude glycerin associated with organic residues from pig
production by composting may be an alternative in the production of organic substrate.
The objective of this work was to evaluate the quality of the formation of the rucola
seedlings as a function of substrates produced from different concentrations of crude
glycerol (0,0, 1,5, 3,0, 4,5 and 6,0%) associated production of pigs. The variables
analyzed were the quality of the clod, according to the ease of removal of the tray and
the free falling clod with score assignment (0 to 10). The results were submitted to
analysis of variance and Tukey's test was applied at the 5% level of significance. For
ease of removal of the lump from the tray there was no significant statistical difference.
The grades attributed to T0,0; T1,5; T3.0; T4.5 and T6.0 were 8.25; 8.45; 8.45; 7.70
and 6.35, respectively. Likewise, for the evaluation of the free fall of the rump of the
rocket seedlings there was no statistical difference. The grades attributed to T0,0; T1,5;
T3.0; T4.5 and T6.0 were 7.10; 7.40; 7.60; 6.95 and 5.45, respectively.
