Quais os caminhos que garantem a inclusão dos Surdos na Era Digital
No atual mundo moderno, deparamo-nos com diversos direitos constitucionais ainda não assegurados, tendo como consequência a exclusão de alguns grupos na sociedade, como o caso das pessoas com deficiência, em especial os Surdos, haja vista as pessoas só percebem que eles não estão inclusos quando o contato acontece. Diante da exclusão dos Surdos e dos Deficientes Auditivos na internet, em especial na plataforma do Youtube, o estudo objetivou, com base na Convenção sobre os Direitos da Pessoa com Deficiência, não somente discutir acerca da surdez, mas também sobre a não inclusão de tais indivíduos no Youtube, buscando alternativas viáveis para se alcançar maior acessibilidade e, consequentemente, maior inclusão. Com a metodologia de pesquisa qualitativa bibliográfica, foi possível realizar a coleta de dados por meio de leitura de livros, artigos, publicações e legislações, bem como por meio de entrevistas com Youtubers. O resultado final foi que, apesar de os Youtubers estarem cientes de que é necessário melhorar essa acessibilidade na plataforma, a grande maioria não se vale das ferramentas às quais possuem acesso, como legendas manuais. Assim, após análise das pesquisas, e concluindo que, sim, o Surdo e o Deficiente Auditivo são públicos, o ideal é que se tenha legenda em todos os vídeos, a leitura labial seja possível e que se crie um atalho, na própria plataforma, que permita a tradução simultânea do conteúdo dos vídeos em Libras.

Abstract:
Actually, in modern world, there are several constitutional rights not yet guaranteed, resulting in the exclusion of some groups in society, such as the case of people with disabilities, especially the Deaf people, as people only realize that they are not included when contact happens. In front of the exclusion of the Deaf people and the people with hearing disabilities, especially on Youtube, this research discusses about deafness and the non-inclusion of these people on the internet, according to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Viable alternatives are studied to achieve greater accessibility and, consequently, greater inclusion. A qualitative bibliographic research methodology was chosen, using books, articles, publications and legislation, as well as interviews with Youtubers. The conclusion was that, although Youtubers are aware that it is necessary to improve this accessibility on the platform, the vast majority do not use the tools they have access to, such as manual subtitles. So, after analyzing the research, and concluding that the Deaf and the people with hearing loss are public, the ideal is to have subtitles in all videos, that lip reading is possible and a shortcut is created on the platform itself, that allows simultaneous translation of the content of the videos in Libras.
