PUBERDADE PRECOCE POR UM CISTO OVARIANO AUTÔNOMO – RELATO DE CASO
Paciente do sexo feminino, pré-escolar, 02 anos, natural e residente em São Luís – MA, branca, acompanhada dos pais, procurou atendimento médico anterior relatando início de leucorréia de coloração branca e prurido vaginal, em que foi prescrito Nitazoxanida, flogo rosa e dermodex, sem sucesso terapêutico. Os responsáveis buscaram atendimento ginecológico com quadro clínico ativo há quinze dias, após não apresentar melhora clínica. Ao exame físico, mamas M2, abdome distendido, hipertimpanico e indolor a palpação superficial e profunda, vulva com aspecto estrogenizado, clítoris e grandes lábios aumentados, vagina umidecida e com secreção mucoide abundante. Coloração escurecida. Sendo proposto como hipótese diagnóstica puberdade precoce. No presente relato, é demonstrada a importância da suspeita diagnóstica em pacientes pré-escolares com manifestações estrogênicas ao exame físico. Sendo que quanto mais precoce e assertivo o diagnóstico, melhor será a eficiência terapêutica diante do quadro clínico além da adequada atuação da equipe multidisciplinar.

Abstract:
Female patient, preschooler, 02 years old, natural and resident in São Luís - MA, white, accompanied by parents, sought previous medical care reporting onset of white leukorrhea and vaginal itching, in which Nitazoxanide, pink flogo was prescribed and dermodex, without therapeutic success. Those responsible sought gynecological care with an active clinical condition for fifteen days, after not showing clinical improvement. On physical examination, M2 breasts, distended abdomen, tympanic and painless the deep palpation superficial and profound, vulva with an estrogenized aspect, clitoris and large lips enlarged, moist vagina and abundant mucoid secretion. Darkened coloring. Being proposed as a diagnostic hypothesis early puberty. In the present report, the importance of diagnostic suspicion in preschool patients with estrogenic manifestations on physical examination is demonstrated. The earlier and more assertive the diagnosis, the better the therapeutic efficiency in the face of the clinical condition, in addition to the proper performance of the multidisciplinary team.
