PSICOLOGIA SOCIAL: CONTRIBUIÇÕES DO CAMPO DO DIREITO SOBRE A VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL E AS CONSEQUÊNCIAS PSICOSSOCIAIS DO INFANTOJUVENIL
O presente artigo tem por finalidade abordar as contribuições do campo do direito sobre a violência sexual e as consequências psicossociais do infantojuvenil. Nele, procura-se refletir considerações que abarcam a legalidade ofertada pela legislação brasileira ao mesmo tempo aquilo que conduz os operadores do direito e das psicologias às questões que circundam o abuso sexual de crianças e adolescentes afetados psicossocialmente. É uma revisão bibliográfica reflexiva. O ponto crucial deste é a atualidade do tema que desafia especialistas. O artigo aparentemente assume em um primeiro momento um ar jurídico; num segundo, efetua uma amálgama com a psicologia mais social tornando o objetivo deste conexo. Visualizar possibilidades de favorecer o melhor interesse da criança e do adolescente, à luz do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente - ECA, e outras leis relativas à tônica completam-se as gotas didáticas para a psicologia social no campo da subjetividade do infantojuvenil. Conclui-se que as consequências psicossociais depuradas dessa violência brotam na forma de medo, insegurança, angústia, desconfiança e instabilidade, revolta, ressentimento e humor frio diuturnamente; além disso, a perturbação, o isolamento, a insatisfação, a própria frustração, o distanciamento, a agressividade, a apatia impactam o infantojuvenil podendo torná-lo um adulto frágil, vulnerável com receio de participações em grupos comunitários sociáveis posto que sua realidade tende a ser distorcida deixando-o susceptíveis culturalmente em seu processo de subjetivação. Semelhantemente, intervenções assertivas com a prática da escuta qualificada podem facilitar a redução do sofrimento da criança, apesar do trauma psicossocial sofrido

Abstract:
This article aims to address the contributions of the field of law on sexual violence and the psychosocial consequences of children and adolescents. It seeks to reflect considerations that encompass the legality offered by Brazilian legislation, while at the same time leading legal and psycholog- ical operators to issues surrounding the sexual abuse of psychosocially affected children and adolescents. It is a reflective literature review. The crucial point of this is the topicality of the subject that challenges specialists. The article apparently takes on a legal air at first; in a second, it makes an amalgamation with the more social psychology making the objective of this connection. Visualizing possibilities of favoring the best interests of children and adolescents, in light of the Child and Adolescent Statute - ECA, and other laws relating to tonic complete the didactic drops for social psychology in the field of subjectivity of children and adolescents. It is concluded that the psychosocial consequences purified from this violence arise in the form of fear, insecurity, anguish, distrust and instability, revolt, resentment and daily cold mood; in addition, the disturbance, isolation, dissatisfaction, frustration itself, distancing, aggressiveness, apathy impact children and adolescents, making them a fragile adult, vulnerable with fear of participation in sociable community groups since their reality tends to be distorted, leaving them culturally susceptible in their subjectivation process. Similarly, assertive interventions with the practice of qualified listening can facilitate the reduction of the child's suffering, despite the psychosocial trauma suffered.
