PSICOLOGIA, PODER E SEXUALIDADE: A FIGURA CONTEMPORÂNEA DO INTERSEX E AS NOVAS PRÁTICAS DE SUBJETIVAÇÃO
Este artigo analisa a construção
da figura do intersex como um dos efeitos das
práticas atuais de administração das condutas
típicas das sociedades, permeadas por práticas
biopolíticas e que se organizaram, nos últimos
três séculos, em torno da gestão e do controle
da vida. A figura do intersex encontra-se no
cruzamento de saberes e de práticas jurídicas e
psicológicas. Ela é herdeira da figura do monstro
humano, ao mesmo tempo em que se distancia
deste por apresentar características derivadas
de tecnologias de autocontrole próprias às
sociedades biopolíticas do século XXI. A
psicologia é analisada como importante expertise
no dispositivo contemporâneo de produção
de subjetividades, mais especificamente na
produção da figura identitária do intersex.

Abstract:
This article analyzes the
construction of the intersex figure as one of
the current practices effects related to the
administration of society typical behaviors,
permeated by biopolitical practices and that
have been organized, in the last three centuries,
around the management and control of life. The
figure of the intersex is found in the intersection
of knowledge and legal and psychological
practices. It is heir of the human monster figure,
while takes distance itself from it by presenting
characteristics derived from technologies of
self-control proper to biopolitical societies of
the 21st century. Psychology is analyzed as
important expertise in the contemporary device
of producing subjectivities, more specifically in
the production of the intersex identity figure.
