Abstract: This article addresses the importance of conducting an organizational climate survey in clinics that provide multidisciplinary services, highlighting its direct influence on employee motivation, well-being, and satisfaction. The survey was conducted in a healthcare clinic, with data collected through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The results indicate that a healthy work environment, guided by clear communication, professional appreciation, and humanized management, contributes significantly to retaining talent, reducing turnover, and strengthening the engagement of multidisciplinary teams. It was observed that the perception of recognition, professional development, and balance in interpersonal relationships are determining factors for improving the organizational climate. The study concludes that investing in actions aimed at active listening, participatory management, and promoting quality of life at work not only aligns the clinic's objectives with the needs of employees, but also directly reflects on the quality of services provided to patients, increased productivity, and organizational sustainability. It is recommended that multidisciplinary clinics prioritize continuous listening to their teams and adopt strategic people management practices to strengthen the organizational climate and promote excellence in care.
