PSICOEDUCAÇÃO E TECNOLOGIA DE INFORMAÇÃO COMO ESTRATÉGIAS PARA A EDUCAÇÃO SEXUAL NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE
O presente artigo tem como objetivo a ampliação de informações a respeito do preconceito quanto às infecções sexualmente transmissíveis (IST’s), o que corrobora para o baixo índice de procura pelo tratamento na atenção primária, que é realizado pelas Unidades Básicas de Saúde. A questão se torna mais complexa quando percebe-se que a demanda pelo serviço de saúde não é integralmente utilizada devido aos estigmas e tabus que permeiam tais infecções, além da falta de informação quanto à saúde sexual. Através de revisão de literatura, o método adotado foi o Arco de Maguerez seguido pelo Planejamento Estratégico Situacional, o trabalho apresenta uma possibilidade de ampliação de conteúdos psicoeducacionais quanto às patologias. Tal temática se faz necessária, uma vez que o aumento das IST’s é evidente, embora a prevenção seja realizada de maneira simples, através do uso do preservativo. A pesquisa faz alusões quanto às barreiras encontradas pelo usuário do sistema de saúde na busca pelo tratamento e dialoga com recursos didáticos da rede virtual, visando uma conscientização e ampliação de áreas receptoras de informação. São apontados os principais motivos da recusa em buscar os agentes de saúde, e a partir dos resultados obtidos, notamos que o ambiente virtual, visto como anônimo e menos expositor, pode servir de auxílio na tratativa e prevenção das IST’s. Tal contribuição pode beneficiar a sociedade, se aliar aos dispositivos de saúde e promover qualidade de vida aos usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde

Abstract:
The objective of this article is to expand information about prejudice regarding sexually transmitted infections (STIs), which corroborates the low rate of demand for treatment in primary care, which is intermediated by Basic Health Units. becomes more complex when one realizes that the demand for the health service is not fully used due to the stigmas and taboos that permeate such infections, in addition to the lack of information regarding sexual health. Through a literature review, the method adopted was the Arch of Maguerez followed by the Situational Strategic Planning, the project presents a possibility of expanding psychoeducational content regarding pathologies. This theme is necessary, since the increase in STIs is evident, although prevention is carried out in a simple way, through the use of condoms. The research alludes to the barriers encountered by the health system user in the search for treatment and dialogues with didactic resources of the virtual network, aiming at an awareness and expansion of information receiving areas. The main reasons for the refusal to seek health agents are pointed out, and from the results obtained, we note that the virtual environment, seen as anonymous and less expository, can serve as an aid in the treatment and prevention of STIs. Such a contribution can benefit society, ally with health devices and promote quality of life for users of the Unified Health System.
