PROTEÇÃO SOCIAL EMERGENCIAL NO CONTEXTO DA PANDEMIA DA COVID-19 NO ESTADO DO AMAZONAS
Discute-se neste texto a proteção social emergencial no cenário da pandemia da covid-19 voltada à população em situação de vulnerabilidade social, no estado do Amazonas. A pandemia da covid-19 causada pelo vírus SARS-CoV-2 tem impactado a população em escala global e os que vivenciam a vulnerabilidade são atingidos mais fortemente, sobretudo em países como o Brasil onde se intensificaram as desigualdades sociais. Adotou-se o levantamento de dados em jornais do Amazonas, site da Secretaria Estadual de Assistência Social do Amazonas (SEAS), Secretaria de Estado da Saúde (SES) e órgãos oficiais como IBGE e MDS. O Amazonas ocupa o sexto lugar no ranking da extrema pobreza, sendo de grande importância a proteção social emergencial no momento de pandemia, porém ações efetivas e continuadas de políticas públicas intersetoriais precisam ser fortalecidas e garantidas seu orçamento pós-pandemia.

Abstract:
This text discusses the emergency social protection in the scenario of the covid-19 pandemic aimed at the population in a situation of social vulnerability, in the state of Amazonas. The covid-19 pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus has impacted the population on a global scale and those who experience vulnerability are hit the hardest, especially in countries like Brazil where social inequalities have intensified. Data collection was adopted in newspapers in Amazonas, the website of the State Secretariat for Social Assistance of Amazonas (SEAS), the Secretary of State for Health (SES) and official bodies such as IBGE and MDS. Amazonas occupies the sixth place in the ranking of extreme poverty, with emergency social protection at the time of the pandemic being of great importance, however effective and continuous actions of intersectoral public policies need to be strengthened and its post-pandemic budget guaranteed. -
