Propuesta Innovadora para la calidad de los servicios municipales
La presente investigación tuvo como propósito, proponer el modelo de gestión innovador para mejorar la calidad de los servicios en el Municipio del Distrito de Morales. El tipo de investigación fue aplicada, el diseño descriptivo - propositivo, la muestra estuvo conformada por 09 funcionarios con cargo de jefaturas, 21 trabajadores y 157 ciudadanos; la técnica de recolección de datos fue el encuesta, el instrumento fue el cuestionario del modelo SERVQUAL, con la evaluación de la variable calidad de servicios definida por Parasuraman, Zeithaml y Berry, (1988), a través de las dimensiones elementos tangibles, fiabilidad, capacidad de respuesta, seguridad, empatía. Se concluyó que, la propuesta del modelo de gestión innovador mejorará la calidad de los servicios en el municipio del distrito de Morales, para la gestión de cambio en las distintas áreas involucradas que brindan servicios, con acciones estratégicas focalizadas en los nudos críticos identificados por los ciudadanos.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to propose an innovative management model to improve the quality of services in the Municipality of the Morales District, The type of research was applied, the descriptive-purposeful design, the sample was made up of 09 officials in charge of headquarters, 21 workers and 157 citizens; The data collection technique was the questionnaire, the instrument was the SERVQUAL survey, with the evaluation of the quality of services variable defined by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry, (1988), through the dimensions tangible elements, reliability, capacity to response, security, empathy. It was concluded that the proposal of the innovative management model will improve the quality of services in the municipality of the Morales district, for the management of change in the different areas involved that provide services, with strategic actions focused on the critical nodes identified by citizens.
