Abstract: This research aimed to develop a model proposal for digital strategies in the design of a virtual museum to preserve cultural heritage. The work follows an epistemological approach based on constructivism, with a qualitative paradigm, phenomenological design, and inductive method. The study involved 3 archaeologists, 1 architect, and 2 administrative cultural specialists, using the focus group technique. The collected information was analyzed, and categories and subcategories were created through the color-coding technique, which ultimately led to the proposed strategies for the specific context of the digital museum.
