PROPOSTA DE UM INSTRUMENTO PARA LEVANTANTAMENTO DE REQUISITOS FUNCIONAIS PARA A CONSTRUÇÃO DE UMA FERRAMENTA DE GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO NA INDÚSTRIA DE SOFTWARE
Gerenciar o conhecimento dentro
das organizações é essencial para manter a
sustentabilidade nos negócios em um mercado
altamente competitivo. Tal gerenciamento fazse
essencial para as organizações pertencentes
a indústria de software. Isso porque, essa
indústria está em franco crescimento e busca
continuamente formas efetivas para lidar com o
conhecimento organizacional. Nesse contexto,
a Gestão do Conhecimento (GC) pode ser
destacada uma vez que oferece ferramentas
para lidar com esse conhecimento. Essas
ferramentas, tais como, chats, wikis e e-mail
podem se tornar uma solução para executar os
processos da GC nas organizações. Infelizmente,
muitas dessas ferramentas não oferecem
todo o ciclo da GC e acabam desencadeando
problemas para as organizações que as
utilizam, como: silos de informação, perda
do conhecimento organizacional, e falta de
mensuração do conhecimento organizacional.
Assim, o objetivo deste capítulo é propor um
instrumento para o levantamento dos requisitos
funcionais para a construção de uma ferramenta
voltada a GC aderente as organizações da
indústria de software. Para se alcançar esse
objetivo realizou-se uma pesquisa exploratória
bibliográfica a fim de dar subsídios suficientes
para compor o instrumento aqui apresentado. O
resultado deste trabalho é tal instrumento que
pode ser aplicado em uma pesquisa de campo.

Abstract:
Managing knowledge within organizations is essential to maintaining
business sustainability in a highly competitive marketplace. Such management becomes
essential for organizations belonging to the software industry. That is because, this
industry is booming and is continually seeking effective ways to deal with organizational
knowledge. In this context, Knowledge Management (KM) can be highlighted since it
offers tools to deal with this knowledge. These tools, such as chats, wikis, and e-mail,
can become a solution for running KM processes in organizations. Unfortunately, many
of these tools do not offer the entire KM cycle and end up unleashing problems for
the organizations that use them, such as: silos of information, loss of organizational
knowledge, and lack of measurement of organizational knowledge. Thus, the objective
of this chapter is to propose an instrument for the survey of the functional requirements
for the construction of a tool geared to KM adhering to the organizations of the software
industry. In order to achieve this objective, an exploratory bibliographical research was
carried out in order to give sufficient subsidies to compose the instrument presented
here. The result of this work is such an instrument that can be applied in a field research.
