Abstract: The purpose of this work is to present a proposal for the operation and management project of a logistics company specialized in the regional transport of cargo, corn grains, on the commercial axis: Anápolis (GO) - Goiânia (GO) - Brasília (DF). Corn was the second most produced grain in Anápolis, in the year 2023, with annual production of 7.2 million tons. Furthermore, research carried out demonstrates the existence of demand for the grain in these regions. Therefore, the fictitious MLC logistics and transport company will carry out this service, meeting a total daily demand of 1,420 tons. It is expected that the flow of this cargo will enhance this commercial axis and contribute to the economy of the State of Goiás. In short, it is expected that this regional cargo transport service will operate with the minimum possible environmental impact and offer opportunities for growth of the point from a social and economic point of view.
