PROPOSTA DE INSERÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO NO PROCESSO DE REGULAÇÃO
A proposta do estudo baseia-se na percepção do pesquisador com às demandas dos serviços de Atendimento Pré-Hospitalar (APH) em otimizar recursos e proporcionar uma assistência integral aos usuários do sistema de saúde no que se refere aos atendimentos móveis de urgência. O estudo se justifica à medida que diante da inserção do profissional enfermeiro no processo de regulação e classificação de prioridades podem ser desenvolvidas estratégias objetivando reduzir o tempo resposta no APH, podendo o enfermeiro contribuir na tomada de decisão quanto ao envio das unidades de suporte pelo profissional médico, após classificação inicial de risco e controle dos atendimentos em andamento no atendimento das urgências. Baseado em protocolos previamente estabelecidos e embasados no seu conhecimento técnico científico o enfermeiro que atua em atendimento pré-hospitalar e regulação de urgências seria capaz de auxiliar de forma a direcionar corretamente as unidades de suporte assistencial, bem como, controlar efetivamente as ocorrências em andamento proporcionando um atendimento multidisciplinar. O objetivo primordial deste trabalho baseou-se no desenvolvimento de um software para facilitar o trabalho do enfermeiro que atua nas centrais de regulação médica de urgência.

Abstract:
The study's proposal is based on the researcher's perception of the demands of the Pre-hospital Care (PHC) services in optimizing resources and providing integral assistance to the users of the health system with regard to emergency mobile calls. The study is justified by the fact that before the insertion of the nurse professional in the process of regulation and classification of priorities, strategies can be developed aiming to reduce the response time in the APH, and the nurse can contribute in the decision making regarding the sending of the support units by the professional physician after initial risk classification and effective control of ongoing care, based on previously established protocols and based on their scientific technical knowledge. The primary objective of this work was achieved with the development of software aimed at nurses working in emergency mobile units. So that the nurse professional still counting on his reasoning would be able to help in order to correctly direct the assistance support units, as well as, effectively control the occurrences in progress.
