PROPOSTA DE IMPLANTAÇÃO DE UM CENTRO DE MEMÓRIA DO CORPO DE BOMBEIROS MILITAR DO ESTADO DO MARANHÃO
Este trabalho buscou demonstrar, à luz de diversas legislações, teorias científicas a relevância da Memória Institucional como ferramenta estratégica de gestão e comunicação organizacional. Porém, percebeu-se que não existe qualquer instrumento, ferramenta ou órgão que salvaguarde os bens materias e imateriais que são produtos da história do Corp de Bombeiros Militar do Maranhão. Assim, objetivou-se demonstrar que a ausência de um Centro de Memória do CBMMA traz prejuízos de ordem patrimonial cultural, histórica e identitária aos profissionais desta Corporação. O método utilizado foi o bibliográfico em que foram consultadas legislações, artigos, dissertações e teses científicas de autores que tratam da temática. Concluiu-se que a valorização e regaste da Memória Institucional é vital em qualquer organização, assim como o CBMMA quando seus integrantes compreendem que o seu Patrimônio Histórico e Cultural, incluindo seus bens materiais e imateriais bomberísticos constituem a história e a identidade da Corporação; tudo isso é um patrimônio coletivo que não deve ser perdido ou descartado e, portanto, também é um patrimônio cultural e histórico. Assim, este artigo permitirá que as pessoas e o CBMMA reflitam sobre a importância e viabildade de um Centro de Memória para esta instituição que resguarde sua Memória Institucional e seu Patrimônio Histórico e Cultural produzido por seu efetivo.

Abstract:
This work sought to demonstrate, in the light of different legislations, scientific theories, the relevance of Institutional Memory as a strategic management and organizational communication tool. However, it was noticed that there is no instrument, tool or organ that safeguards the material and immaterial goods that are products of the history of the Military Fire Corps of Maranhão. Thus, the objective was to demonstrate that the absence of a CBMMA Memory Center brings losses of cultural, historical and identity heritage to the professionals of this Corporation. The method used was the bibliographic in which legislation, articles, dissertations and scientific theses of authors dealing with the subject were consulted. It was concluded that the valorization and rescue of Institutional Memory is vital in any organization, as well as CBMMA when its members understand that its Historical and Cultural Heritage, including its material and immaterial Bomberistic assets constitute the Corporation's history and identity; all of this is a collective heritage that must not be lost or discarded and, therefore, it is also a cultural and historical heritage. Thus, this article will allow people and CBMMA to reflect on the importance and feasibility of a Memory Center for this institution that protects its Institutional Memory and its Historical and Cultural Heritage produced by its staff.
