O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar o componente Matemática na grade

curricular do curso Técnico em Eletrotécnica Integrado ao Ensino Médio do Centro

Paula Souza do Governo do Estado de São Paulo que, dentre outras, é também

oferecido na Escola Técnica Jaraguá - São Paulo -SP. Foi uma pesquisa científica

organizada com base em uma abordagem qualitativa, com objetivo exploratóriodescritivo

e procedimento bibliográfico-documental, sobre as ementas das disciplinas

do curso e sobre os conteúdos dos livros didáticos fornecidos pelo Centro Paula Souza

e adotados pela ETEC Jaraguá. Teve como embasamento teórico a Etnomatemática, a

bibliografia e a legislação que trata dos cursos profissionalizantes no Brasil. A partir da

análise dos dados obtidos, foi elaborada uma proposta de adequação do componente

curricular Matemática do curso Técnico em Eletrotécnica Integrado ao Ensino Médio.

Abstract:
The following assignment aims to analyze the mathematical component behind the

curriculum for technical high-school program in Electronics from São Paulo State

Government’s Centro Paula Souza, which is, among many others, offered by ETEC

Jaraguá – São Paulo-SP. It was a scientific research fundamentally settled in reliance

on a qualitative approach, under the motivation of applying a descriptive-exploratory

and bibliographical procedure to understand the subject contents as well as those from

textbooks purveyed by the State Institution and fostered by ETEC Jaraguá. It had a

theoretical set in Ethnomathematics, alongside the sum of references and legislations

dealing with professional education in Brazil. Out the obtained data analysis, it was

labored an adequacy proposal of the Math curriculum for the technical course in

Electronics within High-School.
