PROPAGAÇÃO DE ONDAS EM UM CRISTAL FONÔNICO COM DEFEITOS
Este trabalho tem como objetivo a modelagem de um cristal fonônico com defeitos. Para isso, foi utilizado o método dos elementos finitos para obtenção dos diagramas de dispersão. Inicialmente, foi feita a validação dos diagramas de dispersão obtidos com os resultados encontrados na literatura. Em seguida, o cristal fonônico foi modelado inserindo-se uma inclusão dentro do defeito central do cristal fonônico. Essa inclusão possui propriedades diferentes do cristal fonônico, com isso, notou-se a presença de bandas proibidas devido à presença dessa partícula no cristal fonônico, viabilizando assim a análise quanto a sua presença.

Abstract:
This paper aims to model a phononic crystal with defects. For this, the finite element method was used to obtain the dispersion diagrams. Initially, the obtained dispersion diagrams were validated with the results found in the literature. Next, the phononic crystal was modelled by inserting an inclusion inside the central defect of the phononic crystal. This inclusion has different properties from the phononic crystal, with this, it was noted the presence of forbidden bands due to the presence of this particle in the phononic crystal, enabling the analysis of its presence.
