Este artigo tem como objetivo avaliar

o Pronatec e a sua proposta de desenvolvimento

interligando educação e trabalho, na área da

enfermagem, especificamente quanto ao Técnico

de Enfermagem. É possível considerar que o

Pronatec seja uma política desenvolvimentista

aplicada nas dimensões previstas no estudo? No

campo de ação da enfermagem, abordaremos

as dimensões: social; econômica; ambiental;

territorial e político-institucional, apresentando

os pontos relacionados ao seu desenvolvimento

profissional e a suas relações com o mundo do

trabalho e sustentabilidade.

Abstract:
This article aims to evaluate the

Pronatec and its proposal of development

linking education and work in the area of nursing,

specifically the Nursing Technician. Is it possible

to consider that the Pronatec is a development

policy applied in the dimensions foreseen in

the study? They affirm that the action of the

State brought influences and consequences on

several elements that conform the economy,

society, the market and structures of social

protection. It proposes a scheme that starts from a very complex circuit of influences

on several development factors, schematically divided into five major dimensions:

social, economic, environmental, territorial and political-institutional. In the nursing

field of action, we will approach the dimensions: social; economic; environmental and

institutional politic, presenting the points related to their professional development and

their relationship with the world of work and sustainability.
