PROMOÇÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO PARA OS DIREITOS HUMANOS: DESAFIOS E TRAJETÓRIAS PARA A CONSOLIDAÇÃO DA DEMOCRACIA
São reconhecidamente elencadas no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, as dimensões para os direitos fundamentais do homem, que à luz dos princípios da fraternidade e solidariedade, determinam que os povos devem ter acesso às variadas formas de crescimento humano. Assim, fundamentado na Constituição Federal Brasileira de 1988, a efetivação do Direito Fundamental à Educação traduz-se na relação crescente entre desenvolvimento e cidadania, estabelecendo-se como um dos pilares que pode contribuir consideravelmente para a melhoria da qualidade de vida da sociedade, tornando-se essencial à formação do homem, quando contextualizado em um conjunto de fatores econômicos, políticos e sociais. Nessa perspectiva, é que esse trabalho, de natureza qualitativa e embasado na pesquisa bibliográfica, apresenta como objetivo geral avaliar o impacto da educação para os direitos humanos no desenvolvimento social, enquanto instrumento determinante para a construção da cidadania e consolidação do Estado Democrático de Direito. Destarte, não se pretende esgotar a temática, mas conclui-se pela relevância da Educação para os Direitos Humanos, assentada nos ideais de liberdade e capacidade humana, determinando o pleno desenvolvimento e fortalecimento das prerrogativas da proteção cidadã.

Abstract:
The dimensions for fundamental human rights are recognized in the Brazilian legal system, which in the light of the principles of fraternity and solidarity, determine that peoples must have access to the various forms of human growth. Thus, based on the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988, the realization of the Fundamental Right to Education translates into the growing relationship between development and citizenship, establishing itself as one of the pillars that can contribute considerably to the improvement of society's quality of life, making it it is essential to the formation of man, when contextualized in a set of economic, political and social factors. In this perspective, this work, of a qualitative nature and based on bibliographic research, has the general objective of evaluating the impact of education for human rights on social development, as a determining instrument for the construction of citizenship and consolidation of the Democratic State of Law. Thus, it is not intended to exhaust the theme, but it is concluded by the relevance of Education for Human Rights, based on the ideals of freedom and human capacity, determining the full development and strengthening of the prerogatives of citizen protection.
