PROMOÇÃO A SAÚDE NA DETECÇÃO DE DERMATOPATIAS NO AMBIENTE ESCOLAR – UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA.
As dermatopatias são patologias que acometem o sistema tegumentar e apresentam uma elevada prevalência entre as crianças e o seu diagnóstico é realizado através do exame clínico,anamnese. A Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) é um programa do Ministério da Saúde que tem como finalidade conhecer sua população e acompanhá-la em todas as fases de vida, podendo atuar dentro de escolas para a promoção, prevenção e recuperação à saúde. Trata-se de um relato de experiência dos acadêmicos de enfermagem na promoção à saúde dermatológica em uma escola pública do Distrito Federal. A fundamentação foi embasada em artigos científicos disponíveis nas bases de dados: LILACS e BDENF, na literatura, Resoluções do Conselho Regional de Enfermagem do Distrito Federal (Coren - DF) e nas portarias do Ministério da Saúde sobre dermatopatias, enfermagem e saúde escolar. Conclui-se que ações nas escolas são de grande importância na identificação de dermatopatias em escolares, que as ações devem acontecer com regularidade e que é fundamental uma melhor organização do serviço para que se tenha mais efetividade em todo o processo.

Abstract:
Dermatopathies are pathologies that affect the integumentary system and have a high prevalence among children and their diagnosis is made through clinical examination, anamnesis. The Family Health Strategy (FHS) is a program of the Ministry of Health that aims to meet its population and accompany it in all stages of life, and can work within schools for the promotion, prevention and recovery of health. This is an experience report of nursing scholars in the promotion of dermatological health in a public school in the Federal District. The foundation was based on scientific articles available in the databases: LILACS and BDENF, in the literature, Resolutions of the Regional Nursing Council of the Federal District (Coren - DF) and in the Ministry of Health 's ordinances on dermatopathies, nursing and school health. It is concluded that actions in schools are of great importance in the identification of dermatopathies in schoolchildren, that actions should happen regularly and that it is fundamental a better organization of the service in order to be more effective in the whole process.
