PROJETOS DE INTERVEÇÃO URBANA DE GESTÃO PARTICIPATIVA: UM COMPARATIVO ENTRE SÃO PAULO, PARIS, MEDELLÍN E KOBE
Esse trabalho reflete sobre os
instrumentos urbanísticos utilizados para a
viabilização do Projeto de Intervenção Urbana
(PIU) como ferramenta de transformação
do entorno, comparando com instrumentos
urbanísticos utilizados em outras três cidades
(Paris, Medellín e Kobe) que, de alguma
forma, se assemelham ao modelo de gestão
participativo e a utilização de instrumentos
urbanísticos democráticos para a viabilização
desses projetos.

Abstract:
This paper is about the urbanistic
instruments used for the viability of the
Urban Intervention Project (PIU), as a tool
of transformation of the urban environment,
comparing with urbanistic instruments used in
three other cities (Paris, Medellin and Kobe)
that somehow resemble the participatory
management model and the use of democratic
urbanistic instruments for the viability of these
projects.
