PROJETO TERAPÊUTICO SINGULAR: RAÍZES E FRUTOS
O projeto terapêutico singular tem sua essência pautada na ação da coletividade que leva em conta o sujeito a partir dos aspectos biopsicossocial, espiritual e cultural. Logo essa investigação teve como finalidade compreender como ocorre a implantação do projeto terapêutico nos Centros de Atenção Psicossocial. Utilizamos a metodologia da revisão integrativa, a partir de uma perspectiva crítica e reflexiva. Foram pesquisadas as bases de Dados BVS, Lilacs e Scielo. A análise do material coletado fundamentou-se na compreensão das leis e diretrizes e bases do Ministério da saúde embasadas pela legislação da atenção de um serviço de saúde. Por fim concluímos que a implantação do projeto terapêutico se dá com base nas necessidades de saúde dos usuários, mediante a parceria entre profissional/paciente/família, com o intuito de promover saúde mental.

Abstract:
The singular therapeutic project has its essence based on the collective action that takes into account the subject from the biopsychosocial, spiritual and cultural aspects. Therefore, this investigation aimed to understand how the implementation of the therapeutic project occurs in the Psychosocial Care Centers. We used the integrative review methodology, from a critical and reflective perspective. The BVS, Lilacs and Scielo databases were searched. The analysis of the collected material was based on the understanding of the laws and guidelines and bases of the Ministry of Health based on the legislation of the attention of a health service. Finally, we conclude that the implementation of the therapeutic project is based on the health needs of the user, through the partnership between professional/patient/family, with the aim of promoting mental health.
