PROJETO STANDARD VERSUS URBANIDADE EM FRENTES DE ÁGUA: O CASO DO COMPLEXO CANTINHO DO CÉU, SÃO PAULO
As intervenções urbanas em frentes de água podem propiciar a transformação destas áreas absorvendo conceitos de urbanidade e estabelecendo interfaces com suas bases naturais e aproximação dos usuários. Traçando um breve histórico da relação água-cidades-pessoas, evidenciam-se particularidades e relações dicotômicas envolvidas: por um lado, o ecossistema desempenhando funções ambientais essenciais, e, por outro, a proximidade com a água estruturando as cidades ao longo da história, de maneiras negativa e positiva. Para expor essa situação foi analisado o Parque Linear do Complexo Cantinho do Céu, em São Paulo, buscando abordar quais condições foram favoráveis no processo de elaboração do projeto e as consequências na urbanidade. Discute-se uma posição urbanística, por meio de entrevista com o autor do projeto, e a urbanidade gerada, indicando situações de ajustes e desajustes, através da aplicação da técnica walkthrough com o objetivo de articular as reações dos usuários em relação ao ambiente. Por fim, é apresentada a matriz de um instrumento com indicadores que podem induzir a urbanidade, baseados na literatura e em estudos de caso realizados pela autora. O instrumento nos faz refletir sobre os conceitos de urbanidade e promove ponderações acerca do contexto urbano e ambiental oferecendo interpretações que vão além de obviedades.

Abstract:
Urban interventions on waterfronts can promote the transformation of these areas by absorbing concepts of urbanity and establishing interfaces with their natural bases and bringing users closer. Tracing a brief history of the water-cities-people relationship, there are particularities and dichotomous relationships involved: on the one hand, the ecosystem performing essential environmental functions, and, on the other, the proximity to water structuring cities throughout history, in negative and positive ways. To expose this situation, the Linear Park of the Complexo Cantinho do Céu, in São Paulo, was analyzed, seeking to address which conditions were favorable in the process of preparing the project and the consequences on urbanity. An urban position is discussed, through an interview with the author of the project, and the urbanity generated, indicating situations of adjustments and misadjustments, through the application of the walkthrough technique in order to articulate the reactions of users in relation to the environment. Finally, the matrix of an instrument with indicators that can induce urbanity is presented, based on the literature and on case studies carried out by the author. The instrument makes us reflect on the concepts of urbanity and promotes considerations about the urban and environmental context, offering interpretations that go beyond obviousities.
