PROJETO #SEXTOUPEDAGÓGICO PARA PROFESSORES DA REDE MUNICIPAL DE BENEVIDES, PARÁ, BRASIL
A educação está relacionada com atividades que proporcionam a aprendizagem do aluno como forma de construção plena do sujeito. Nesse contexto, emerge a Pedagogia dos Projetos, sistemática de ensino e aprendizagem que tem como característica a condução sistematizada de técnicas e atividades que promovem a construção do conhecimento. Assim, o presente estudo se deu com o objetivo de analisar a importância dos projetos na educação, enfatizando o papel da gestão escolar na condução desta metodologia. Para a condução deste trabalho, realizou-se pesquisa bibliográfica, a partir da qual se pode apontar para o fato de que a Pedagogia de Projetos, apesar de ser uma metodologia há muito tempo utilizada e difundida no meio educativo, ainda encontra resistência em muitas instituições escolares. Tal fato indica a necessidade de que a gestão escolar assuma o seu papel na qualificação pedagógica das escolas e instrumentalize seus professores para o trabalho com projetos. Isso pode acontecer pela organização dos tempos e espaços, pela sensibilização da comunidade escolar e pela formação em serviço dos professores, de forma a concretizar uma cultura de projetos no ambiente escolar.

Abstract:
Education is related to activities that provide student learning as a form of full construction of the subject. In this context, the Pedagogy of Projects emerges, a teaching and learning system whose characteristic is the systematic conduction of techniques and activities that promote the construction of knowledge. Thus, the present study was carried out with the objective of analyzing the importance of projects in education, emphasizing the role of school management in conducting this methodology. In order to carry out this work, a bibliographic research was carried out, from which it can be pointed out that the Pedagogy of Projects, despite being a methodology that has been used and disseminated in the educational environment for a long time, still encounters resistance in many institutions. schoolchildren. This fact indicates the need for school management to assume its role in the pedagogical qualification of schools and equip their teachers to work with projects. This can happen through the organization of times and spaces, by raising the awareness of the school community and by in-service training of teachers, in order to materialize a culture of projects in the school environment.
