PROJETO POLÍTICO PEDAGÓGICO: CONTRIBUIÇÕES PARA UMA GESTÃO ESCOLAR DEMOCRÁTICA
A presente pesquisa fundamenta-se em um estudo acerca da construção coletiva do Projeto Político Pedagógico que contribui para a gestão escolar democrática. O PPP estabelece as diretrizes na instituição e a gestão democrática atinge a realidade socioeducativa da comunidade escolar. É relevante o tema proposto, visto que todas as instituições de ensino necessitam de uma proposta pedagógica que a norteie, mas para que essas propostas sejam significativas a todos os envolvidos com a escola, se faz necessário a construção democrática do PPP. Essa pesquisa teve como objetivo geral investigar a relevância da construção do PPP como contribuição para uma gestão democrática na escola pública e como objetivos específicos verificar a luz do referencial teórico constituído na pesquisa bibliográfica, o papel dos atores responsáveis pela construção do PPP na escola, tais como: equipe escolar, envolvendo gestão, professores, funcionários; os estudantes; a família; a comunidade, discutir como se dá a construção do PPP de forma democrática no espaço escolar e discutir as ações que colaboram para a participação efetiva de todos envolvidos. O estudo configura-se na perspectiva da pesquisa qualitativa, com enfoque na pesquisa bibliográfica e baseou-se em análises de livros e documentos. Considerou-se, ao longo dessa pesquisa, que todos os envolvidos com a instituição de ensino são responsáveis pelas propostas estabelecidas na escola, sendo assim, a equipe gestora e os demais funcionários, juntamente com a comunidade escolar, precisam construir o PPP. Por fim, evidenciou-se as ações necessárias e o papel de cada ator nesse processo.

Abstract:
The present research was based on a study about the collective construction of the Political Pedagogical Project that contributes to democratic school management. The PPP establishes the guidelines in the institution and democratic management impacts the socio-educational reality of the school community. The proposed theme is relevant, since all educational institutions need a pedagogical proposal that guides it, but for these proposals to be meaningful to all those involved with the school, it is necessary to build the democratic PPP. This research had as general objective to investigate the relevance of the construction of the PPP as a contribution to a democratic management in the public school and as specific objectives to verify the light of the theoretical reference constituted in the bibliographic research, the role of the actors responsible for the construction of PPP in the school, such as: school staff, involving management, teachers, staff; the students; the family; the community, discuss how the construction of the PPP in a democratic way in the school space and discuss the actions that collaborate for the effective participation of all involved. The study was based on the perspective of a qualitative research, whose focus was on bibliographic research on the subject, so it was based on the analysis and investigation of books and documents. Throughout this research, it was considered that all those involved with the educational institution are responsible for the proposals established in the school, so the management team and other employees, together with the school community, must establish the PPP. Finally, the necessary actions and the role of each actor in this process were evidenced.
