PROJETO “MÃOS À HORTA” - EXPERIÊNCIA DE IMPLANTAÇÃO DE HORTAS ESCOLARES PELOS ALUNOS DO INSTITUTO FEDERAL FARROUPILHA - CAMPUS ALEGRETE, RS
Esta atividade teve por objetivo promover a extensão dos conhecimentos agroecológicos através de hortas escolares no município de Alegrete, RS. Foi organizado um cronograma de atividades práticas para a efetivação do processo de produção de hortaliças agroecológicas no contexto escolar. Também foram promovidas técnicas de comunicação e extensão rural dos alunos do Curso Técnico em Agropecuária do Campus Alegrete, que foram os responsáveis pela condução do trabalho e exploraram os conceitos trabalhados nas disciplinas formativas do âmbito profissional.

Abstract:
The objective of this activity was to promote the extension of agroecological knowledge through school gardens in the city of Alegrete. A schedule of practical activities for the implementation of the process of production of agroecological vegetables in the school context was organized. Techniques of communication and rural extension of the students of the Technical Course in Agricultural of Alegrete Campus were also promoted, who were responsible for conducting the work and explored the concepts worked in the professional training disciplines.
