PROJETO DEZ: Sociedade Beneficente e de Ação Socioeducativo - SOBASE
A SOBASE é uma instituição sem fins lucrativos que apoia criança em situação de vulnerabilidade social. Sendo a ação lançada na edição XII do INNOVARE em 2015 como prática deferida. O programa foi intitulado: PROJETO DEZ, que ocorreu com iniciativa da comunidade de Salobrinho, dia 9 de agosto de 2014, no Bairro de Salobrinho – em Ilhéus Bahia. Com a parceria da Associação dos Moradores de Salobrinho, da Primeira Igreja Batista de Salobrinho, da Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz, da UFSB Campus Jorge Amado e da Secretaria de Assistência Social de Ilhéus. Que Iniciou com dez crianças. Tendo como requisito para participar do programa: crianças de 5 a 13 anos e as residentes no bairro. Foi um desafio que surgiu com o propósito de começar com dez crianças carentes. O Bairro de Salobrinho já é um bairro de risco com drogas e violência entre jovens. Essa está localizada próxima a Itabuna a 12 km, cidade entre a mais violenta do Brasil. Nessa localidade há muitas crianças vulneráveis e carentes. Mas o projeto dez só amenizou a situação de algumas famílias que sofriam com o medo de perder seus filhos para as drogas. A principal inovação do trabalho educativo foi o de proporcioná-las uma ação preventiva, evitando que elas tivessem, futuramente, qualquer problema com o poder judicial. Pois a prática foi uma forma de inserção social de crianças carentes em situação de riscos da violência urbana e do lar, bem como uma medida preventiva no exercício socioeducativa.

Abstract:
SOBASE is a non-profit institution that supports children in socially vulnerable situations. Being an action launched in the 12th edition of INNOVARE in 2015 as a deferred practice. The program was entitled: PROJECT TEN, which took place with the initiative of the Salobrinho community, on August 9, 2014, in the Salobrinho District - in Ilhéus Bahia. With a partnership of the Salobrinho Residents Association, the First Salobrinho Baptist Church, the Santa Cruz State University, the UFSB Campus Jorge Amado and the Ilhéus Department of Social Assistance. It started with ten children. Having as a requirement to participate in the program: children from 5 to 13 years and as residents in the neighborhood. It was a challenge that came up with the purpose of starting with ten children. The Salobrinho District is already a risky neighborhood with drugs and youth violence. This is located near Itabuna, 12 km, city among the most violent in Brazil. In this town there are many vulnerable and needy children. But Project Ten only eased the plight of some families who suffered for fear of losing their children to drugs. The main innovation of educational work was to offer preventive action, to prevent them from having any problems with the judiciary in the future. As a practice, it was a form of social inclusion of underprivileged children in situations of risk of urban and home violence, as well as a preventive measure in the socio-educational exercise.
