O presente trabalho tende apresentar o desenvolvimento do gênero Fábulas, especificamenteas Fábulas potiguara, durante o projeto de intervenção pedagógica, que teve como público alvo a turma do 6º ano da Escola Estadual Indígena Pedro Poti, situada na aldeia São Francisco, Baia da Traição-Pb.O intuito do projeto foi fazer com que os alunos desenvolvessem melhor aLinguagem oral e escrita, a Linguagem ilustrada e a Produção de texto, além de fazê-los conhecedores de algumas fábulas clássicas e seus respectivos autores, depois desse conhecimento prévio os alunos foram a campo pesquisar e identificar através dos anciões da aldeia a existência de algumas fábulas potiguara, fazendo com que reconhecessem a importância dos anciões para se perpetuar o conhecimento e identidade de um povo. Com tudo, aprimorar ainda mais aleitura, interpretação, além da desenvoltura emocional e intelectual em público.O projeto teve como resultado a reinscrita e apresentação de uma fábula potiguara para o público estudantil da escola indígena Pedro Poti.

Abstract:
The present work is going to present the development of the fables genre, specifically Potiguara fables, during the pedagogical intervention project, that had the 6th grade class of the Pedro Poti Indigenous School like target audience. The mentioned school is located in the São Francisco village, in the Baia da Traição town and Paraíba state. The aim of the project was to make students better develop oral and written language, illustrated language and text production, in addition to making them aware of some classic fables and their respective authors, after this prior knowledge the students went to field research and identify through the village elders the existence of some Potiguara fables, making them recognize the importance of the elders to perpetuate the knowledge and identity of a people. With everything, to further improve reading, interpretation, in addition to emotional and intellectual resourcefulness in public. The project resulted in the rewriting and presentation of a Potiguara fable to the student audience of the Pedro Poti indigenous school.
