PROJETO DE INTERVENÇÃO EM UMA UNIDADE ESTRATÉGIA SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA DE MANHUAÇU-MG
O presente trabalho apresenta uma pesquisa-ação com o objetivo de investigação social para realização de atividade educativa. O estudo também contempla uma descrição do projeto de intervenção social relacionado às infecções sexualmente transmissíveis (IST), com destaque para a Sífilis. O trabalho foi promovido por meio da parceria da Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) e Escola Estadual de um bairro de Manhuaçu – MG, além da participação da Policlínica Municipal. A sua execução se deu em três etapas: 1) Realização do diagnóstico situacional da ESF e comunidade por meio de entrevistas com os funcionários e visita técnica à unidade; 2) Foram identificados os principais problemas da comunidade, e diante disso, desenvolvido um planejamento de ação com a definição de atividades a serem executadas, incluindo um vídeo informativo; 3) Houve a efetivação do projeto de cunho informativo e, por fim, o contato com a comunidade para exposição do vídeo produzido sobre o assunto. Como principal resultado da proposta, atingiu-se com eficácia a faixa etária frequentemente acometida pelas IST, entre eles, diagnóstico de uma gestante e seu parceiro. A equipe do projeto os instruiu sobre o tratamento da doença através da Unidade de Estratégia de Saúde da Família, assim como aos demais participantes.

Abstract:
The present work presents an action research with the objective of social investigation to carry out an educational activity. The study also includes a description of the social intervention project related to sexually transmitted infections (STIs), with emphasis on Syphilis. The work was promoted through the partnership of the Family Health Strategy (ESF) and State School in a neighborhood of Manhuaçu - MG, in addition to the participation of the Municipal Polyclinic. Its execution took place in three stages: 1) Conducting the situational diagnosis of the FHS and the community through interviews with employees and a technical visit to the unit; 2) The main problems of the community were identified, and an action plan was developed with the definition of activities to be carried out, including an informational video; 3) The information project was put into effect and, finally, contact with the community to exhibit the video produced on the subject. As the main result of the proposal, the age group frequently affected by STIs was effectively reached, including the diagnosis of a pregnant woman and her partner. The project team instructed them on the treatment of the disease through the Family Health Strategy Unit, as well as the other participants.
