PROJETO DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE ATIVIDADES SENSORIAIS NA HORTA ESCOLAR COM ALUNOS ESPECIAIS DA SALA DE RECURSO (AEE) NA ESCOLA MUNCIPAL
O presente trabalho apresenta um projeto de desenvolvimento de atividades sensoriais na horta escolar
com alunos especiais da sala de recurso na escola municipal tendo como objetivos promover ensinamentos educativos por meio de atividades sensoriais com hortaliças e desenvolver habilidades educacionais através de práticas táteis, olfativas e visuais. Tendo como justificativa o conhecimento
do formato e textura dos vegetais orgânicos num ambiente plenamente vivo de diversidade vegetal e animal microscópico. É neste sentido que a sala de recurso procura incentivar e promover ao aluno com deficiência ambiente interativos, dialógico e dinâmico no processo de aprendizagem. Metodologicamente ocorre a visita à horta escolar para conhecer e coletar hortaliças para trabalhar os sentidos humanos como; táteis, olfativos e visuais na sala de recurso-AEE, para promover um melhor processo de absorção do conhecimento por parte dos alunos especiais. Resultado espera-se que a atividade sensorial promova para os alunos especiais um recurso didático interativo e lúdico.

Abstract:
This paper presents a project for the development of sensory activities in the school garden. With special students from the resource room at the municipal school to promote educational teachings through sensory activities with vegetables and developing skills through tactile, olfactory and visual practices. Having as justification the knowledge the shape and texture of organic vegetables in a fully living environment of plant diversity and microscopic animal. It is in this sense that the resource room seeks to encourage and promote the student disabled, interactive, dialogical and dynamic environment in the learning process. Methodologically there is a visit to the school garden to know and collect vegetables to work the human senses as; visual, olfactory and visual effects in the ESA resource room to process of absorption of knowledge by the special students. Result it is expected that the Sensory activity promotes for the special students an interactive and playful didactic resource.
