Apresentar o projeto AJA (Avanço

do Jovem na Aprendizagem), frente a realidade

contemporânea educacional e as práticas

de ensino, atividades e ações dos docentes

na execução do projeto em distorção série

e idade. METODO: Entrevista qualitativa,

semiestruturadas com 4 professores do

projeto AJA. RESULTADO: levantar questões

que necessitem de maior atenção para o

não adoecimento do docente e uma melhor

colocação do projeto na sociedade de forma

eficaz. CONCLUSÃO: Conforme a fala dos

professores entrevistados, certifica-se que o

Projeto AJA, dentre suas limitações e falhas,

consegue atingir os objetivos esperados.

Necessitando de um olhar voltado para o

docente na atuação frente a realidade escolar

atual do projeto AJA, e elaboração de projetos

externos à escola, para uma interação social

com os alunos e a sociedade.

Abstract:
To present the AJA (advancement

of the young person in learning) project, facing

contemporary educational reality and teaching

practices, activities and actions of teachers

in the execution of the project in series and

age distortion. METHOD: Semi-structured

qualitative interview with four teachers of the

AJA project. RESULT: raise questions that

need more attention for the non-sickness of the

teacher and a better placement of the project in

society effectively. CONCLUSION: According to

the teachers interviewed, it has certified that the

AJA Project, among its limitations and failures,

achieves the expected objectives. Needing a

directed look at the teacher in the action in front

of the current school reality of the AJA Project,

and elaboration of projects outside the school,

for a social interaction with students and society.
