Abstract: This study analyzes the application of the Arduino UNO microcontroller in the context of Industry 4.0, focusing on the development of programming skills and the creation of solutions for monitoring variables in industrial, domestic, and educational environments. Prototypes were developed, including presence sensors, fire and toxic gas detection systems, and Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) controlled via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. These ROVs enable remote monitoring of hazardous locations, contributing to worker safety. The use of Arduino offers an accessible and effective platform for practical learning and innovation in the fields of industrial safety and automation.
